Arbitel-80 H Tablet is a combination medicine used to control high blood pressure, particularly when a single medication is not effective. It contains two medicines that work together to relax blood vessels and remove excess fluid from the body, helping to lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

This medicine can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Since it contains a diuretic (water pill), it increases urination, so it is best not to take it within four hours of bedtime to avoid nighttime disruptions. It is important to continue taking it regularly, even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms, and stopping the medicine may increase the risk of serious heart-related complications.

The most common side effect is dizziness, while other possible side effects include fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath, and changes in heartbeat. Frequent urination is not a side effect but an intended effect of this medication.
