Here are some simple tips to build your immunity:

Hydration is a key!

Did you know that hydration plays a crucial role in boosting your immune system? Let us explain why hydration matters! Water helps remove toxins from your body, supports immune cells to function properly and moreover, fighting off infections and diseases. 

So,  now the question arises how much water do you need? Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
